The end of the summer is upon us, and once the kids are back at school that can mean only one thing – Tinsel clad shop windows, radio repeats of ‘War is Over’ and the usual rush for the last supermarket turkey.

Gourmet food specialists Forman & Field have put together a convenient Christmas menu of some of the finest ingredients to take the stress out of entertaining this holiday season.

There are a variety of set menus available, including a traditional and contemporary Christmas menu, as well as a fish menu . Each meal consists of 3 courses, with accompaniments expertly made in the Forman & Field kitchens. A specially selected wine is included to compliment your meal, as is a free box of chocolates or macaroons. Despite the convenience of these menus, the recipes come straight from the Forman & Field restaurant and Executive Chef Lloyd Hardwick wants to assure customers that these are not ready meals. He says ‘with minimal cooking at home customers will be eating something that is proper restaurant quality. Most importantly we prepare everything on the morning of dispatch to ensure freshness and we do just enough to make it easy at home whilst leaving the finishing to the customer.’
