The end of the summer is upon us, and once the kids are back at school that can mean only one thing – Tinsel clad shop windows, radio repeats of ‘War is Over’ and the usual rush for the last supermarket turkey.
Gourmet food specialists Forman & Field have put together a convenient Christmas menu of some of the finest ingredients to take the stress out of entertaining this holiday season.
There are a variety of set menus available, including a traditional and contemporary Christmas menu, as well as a fish menu . Each meal consists of 3 courses, with accompaniments expertly made in the Forman & Field kitchens. A specially selected wine is included to compliment your meal, as is a free box of chocolates or macaroons. These menus give you the very best quality food Forman & Field is famous for and start at just £49.95, offering fantastic value for money.
Despite the convenience of these menus, the recipes come straight from the Forman & Field restaurant and Executive Chef Lloyd Hardwick wants to assure customers that these are not ready meals. He says ‘with minimal cooking at home customers will be eating something that is proper restaurant quality. Most importantly we prepare everything on the morning of dispatch to ensure freshness and we do just enough to make it easy at home whilst leaving the finishing to the customer.’
The new menus will be launched in the catalogue and online in the next few weeks. Delivery is available up until 21st December and P&P is free on orders over £75. So if you want stress free dining for you and your guests this Christmas, visit forman and field site and place your order.
The Forman and Field Family
Forman & Field shares premises with its sister company, H. Forman & Son, the smoked salmon specialists who have been in London’s East End since 1905. They supply top quality British food to private customers throughout Britain, as well as some of the world’s leading restaurants and hotels. Their own restaurant opened at Fish Island in 2009 and has become an exclusive event and party venue, boasting it’s own art gallery and roof terrace overlooking the Olympic stadium. The modern British menu features their own smoked salmon and a range of specialities from the Forman & Field catalogue.
