Featuring a taste of the islands with authentic cuisine, music and entertainment
LONDON, ENGLAND, June 25, 2008 - The spicy scents of the Caribbean meld with the sounds of steel drums at Holiday Inn London Kensington Forum's captivating Caribbean Experience events. Held tri-monthly at this central London hotel, this lively evening event presents guests with a taste of the Caribbean, complete with zesty, soulful cuisine, energetic island music and dancing.
First organized in 1998 by Wayne Francis and Orlando Satchell, an International award-winning Caribbean chef, this event was originally held just once a month, but its immediate popularity quickly prompted the hotel to host Caribbean evenings several times a month. This event has continued to generate full bookings each time and is often booked weeks and even months in advance.
Guests are treated to a lavish three-course buffet of around 40 items created under the direction of Colin West, the Caribbean Chef. The impressive spread brims with traditional foods evocative of the islands, complemented by refreshing cocktails and Caribbean beers. Guests are also invited to dance the limbo to the rhythms of a steel band and a DJ.
Holiday Inn Kensington Forum Hotel is pleased to continue entertaining guests with this authentic Caribbean Experience and is currently taking reservations for upcoming dates. This event is open to the public. For reservations and pricing, please call 0207 341 3095.
