Winning with asbestos

Billericay based Marketing agency, House of Marketing help one of the largest asbestos removal companies in the UK win major Award.

The House of Marketing a company specialising in offering unique marketing services to Essex companies has successfully helped The Pectel Group based in Basildon win Specialist Contractor of the Year in the asbestos removal category at the 2008 Construction News specialist awards.

House of Marketing who began trading in October 2007 were approached by The Pectel Group to collate, design and write a detailed review of one of their major projects in 2007.

This in depth project for Pectel involved site visits, talking to operatives and site managers, as well as studying the environmental initiatives of the entire group. 

House of Marketing worked extremely closely with Pectel to make sure their submission was of exceptional quality and led to Pectel winning this prestigious award.

Donna Stratford is heading up the new company as managing director and is hoping to offer a new type of marketing service to companies through out Essex and London. "We are extremely pleased for Pectel and realise this award can only help to strengthen their position in the competitive UK asbestos removal industry"

Pre-qualifications questionnaires (PQQ's) are required by councils and corporate organisations throughout the UK to pre-register for high value contracts. PQQ's can be a time consuming process and the House of Marketing is hoping to advise and help companies to apply for PQQ's as well as creating standard literature to streamline the whole process.
