The Top 10 Pitfalls of International SEO blog post written by WebCertain’s Andy Atkins-Krüger has been nominated for a SEMMY award, in the best SEO category.
The SEMMY awards were created in 2008 to recognise the excellent content written within the search and online marketing industries and nominees are selected by a committee of experts who monitor and collect articles across the year.
The nominees will be whittled down to 5-6 finalists in each category by a separate group of search marketing experts and then the public will be able to vote for their favourite. Voting will open on 25th January for 5 days.
There are 30 nominations in the SEO category from a range of industry renowned names however there is just one international SEO post in the list.
Andy says, “There are so many interesting and insightful SEO posts made every week that it’s very exciting to receive a nomination. It’s especially great to see that international SEO is being recognised as a relevant and individual topic that warrants specific attention and comments. It’s also good to know that people enjoy and benefit from content you are producing.
Other SEMMY categories include PPC, Social Media, Analytics and Copywriting. Visit www.semmys.org for updates on the finalists and to place your vote.
