R.STAHL Touring Trailer- continues for 2009.

R.STAHL Product demonstrations covering Switchgear, Lighting, System solutions and Automation on the Touring Trailer- continuing for 2009.

A fantastic new way of finding out about the latest products has taken to the road; it's the R.Stahl exhibition vehicle which has already has a succession of outings with several customers across the UK and Ireland.

The first outing was to Foster Wheeler in Reading, providing engineers with a chance to get to grips with the products and learn more about what Stahl are really capable of offering. The reception was fantastic and since then it has been around England, Scotland and Ireland. Visits are now being arranged for 2009, with plans for the busy agenda likely outstretch those of 2008.

The trailer allows the UK sales team to visit customers on site with the trailer and demonstrate the products, which we have found to be far more useful than showing them a copy of the catalogue. The interactivity of the products has provided more success than we could have hoped for, allowing engineers to really understand how the products are operated.

Customers have indicated that the most rewarding feature of the exhibition vehicle is being able to see and operate the equipment on site for ease of their convenience - we provide our own power unit too! For seasoned engineers and those learning about explosion protection for the first time, the vehicle has a great impact.

As we provided a unique all-round solution for explosive environments, we are pleased to now be able to demonstrate our capabilities whether it be in automation, switchgear, lighting or system solutions all onsite for the customers' convenience. We have lighting, panels, control boards, distribution boards to name a few inside of the vehicle, all of which can be operated by the customer. Engineers can board the vehicle and speak to a member of the UK sales team to learn about explosion protection and how we work to consistently exceed expectations across the entire product range. Our future plans include the addition of a fully functional automation package on board to demonstrate R Stahl's market leading position in this field.

With the trailer being pushed as one of the key tools for our current promotion of products, we are keen that this year will be an exciting venture to demonstrate exactly what we are capable of. We are confident that 2009 will enable us to visit far more customers that would never have known about the versatility of Stahl otherwise.
