Aside from being a celebratory bottle of bubbly, this is a limited edition commemorative label by the UK’s oldest wine merchant, Chalié Richards, using the exclusive rights it has to both the Prince William and Royal Wedding trademarks.
The juice itself has been made by two main producers Alexander Bonnet and Charles Ellner; The Champagne Company are retailing this limited edition commemorative label Champagne produced by the Champagne House Charles Ellner at £24.95.
The Champagne is a soft and elegant champagne with a biscuity aroma and generous rounded fruit flavours. Aged for over 2 years, the cépage is 50% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay; the wine has been left on it’s lees with a late disgorgement giving fuller, more complex flavours and intensity.
