Following 10 years of investment, growth and continued technical innovation, Tracesmart is now one of the UK's leading people search facilities. Employing a range of datasets, including the electoral roll as its core data resource, Tracesmart provides an intuitive online tracing service to the general public. The service also draws on the monthly update of the rolling register, ensuring customers conducting an online search are able to access the most accurate and up-to-date information available.

With a multitude of functions, the online service also offers an address search feature, providing consumers an easy to use facility to find relatives and friends. Features such as these have enabled Tracesmart to help reunite thousands of families and friends over the years, many of whom have subsequently been featured on television and in the press.

Owen Roberts, Tracesmart's Communications Manager commented, "The South Wales Chamber has built an excellent reputation within Wales and has firmly established itself as the nation’s most prestigious business support organisation; we are proud to be associated with it. It’s always great to be recognized for any award and to be shortlisted in a category we specialize in is even better. The company has changed and grown significantly over recent times and we are now reaping the benefit of our hard work. It's great to be shortlisted in recognition of our effort."
