MSIF has become the latest company to end its search for Liverpool office space to rent with Bruntwood.
The business funding provider has agreed to move into a suite on the second floor of Exchange Court. Situated on Dale Street in Liverpool city centre, Exchange Court is a period office building that was sensitively refurbished in 2010 as part of Bruntwood's £2.3 million redevelopment programme.
Approximately 70 per cent of the office space to rent at Exchange Court has now been taken. Other well-known tenants include RBS, solicitors Beech Jones De Lloyd Ltd and financial recruitment specialists Marshall Moore Ltd.
MSIF picked its new premises because it was impressed by the high-quality office space on offer as well as the location. However, the company was also attracted to the architecture; Exchange Court boasts several original features including iron columns, vaulted ceilings and sash windows.
Commenting on the deal, MSIF chief operating officer Lisa Greenhalgh said: "Bruntwood has done an excellent job of renovating the space. The new offices are perfect for us in terms of size, location and facilities and we are very much looking forward to moving there next month."
Meanwhile, Bruntwood regional director David Guest described the deal as a "significant" letting for his company. He added that Bruntwood has enjoyed a strong first half to 2011 thanks to a number of new lettings in Liverpool.
