Notes to Editors:

DigitalMeeting is an integrated audio-web service that allows users to hold tele-conferences, whilst simultaneously viewing and editing documents via a synchronized web portal.  Meetings can be recorded for audit purposes, or so that non-attendees may listen at a time convenient to them.  This service can also be used as a training and sales medium via webinars and podcasting.  Accessed on a 'pay as you go' basis, subscribers are not subjected to minimum usage contracts, or tie-in periods.
