Manchester Is the New Hot Spot For Buying Property

Manchester renowned throughout the world for having one of the globe's most famous football clubs, is now becoming a popular choice for property investors and young professionals buying or renting property.

Manchester and it's surrounding areas have come a long way over the years and as a city it has firmly made it's mark on the map. Not just for the followers of football or for The Trafford Centre, it is now claimed that it is one of the most popular hot spots for property investment.

According to a report it has been suggested that Manchester has become one of the best cities in the UK to invest in property as it has the strongest potential.

The demand for new properties in prime locations such as city centre apartments, property in Levenshulme, Didsbury, Reddish and many more is definately on the increase. We spoke to a local Manchester Estate Agent Sanderson James "Manchester is experiencing a strong economic growth which has led to increased employment opportunities, we have seen an increase in the numbers of people buying property in the city and the surrounding areas" said Dean Sanderson, The Managing Director.

Even the BBC have vacated their London location and moved several thousands of their staff to their Salford Head Offiice.  MediaCityUK, Salford Quays has become the new home for the BBC and ITV as well as seeing other media agencies making their move North.  This will open up new opportunities for property developers, an increase in the number of rentals and a healthy buying market for Manchester.
