Launch of Strategic Level Advisory Program

Press release March 20, 2008 Business

Search Partners Personnel Ltd has launched a new program aimed at placing senior Public Officials, both military and civil servants, into the private sector.

Search Partners Personnel Ltd, an executive search firm, has just launched a new multi-national program aimed at placing senior public officials including, amongst others, Admirals, Generals, Air Marshals, Police Commissioners, Politicians and Ambassadors into non-executive and advisory positions accross the public sector.

There is considerable strategic advantage in engaging high profile former public officials. A carefully selected Strategic Advisor can not only enhance the credibility of an organisation, but more importantly they are able to leverage off their deep multinational, political and commercial connections.

Our very specialized team consists of two diplomats, one British and one from an International Governmental Organisation, as well as a very Senior Military Officer. With this collective wealth of knowledge and global associations we are able to identify the ideal executive for a companies specific requirements right down to country level.

We are currently expanding the Directorial and Advisory portfolios of individuals who can easily secure meetings and who have personal relationships up to Head of State including Ministers at the political level and leaders of global companies in the commercial arena.

One of our clients, a major financial institution, was looking to expand into specific Frontier and Emerging Markets; within a week our Strategic Advisor had secured a meeting with the Head of State of an Eastern European country who controls the national financial institutions.

Often, the most suitable business developer in assisting the expansion into emerging and frontier markets are former senior officers from the Armed Forces or Ambassadors as they have a unique combination of local connections and cultural awareness.

The idea arose after the recent hire of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair by JP Morgan Chase in a senior advisory capacity to the firm as well as joining the company's International Council.

Mr. Blair will advise JP Morgan Chase's CEO and senior management team on a part-time basis - drawing on his immense international experience to provide the firm with strategic advice and insight on global political issues and emerging trends. In addition, Mr. Blair will participate in select events and conferences for the company including senior-level client events and will provide briefings on political trends to the firm's Board of Directors.
