Free Easter Festival

Transforming the North Bank this Easter, St. Katharine Docks is bringing a smile to the faces of Londoners and tourists, with a free festival of street performance.

St Katharine Docks, next to The Tower of London and Tower Bridge, has set the challenge this Easter to an elite selection of top street performers: to put a smile back on to the streets of London.

Despite the doom and gloom, tourism is on the up, and London's desire for a good time is evident - during the last five recessions cinema ticket sales have been booming and figures just last month revealed increased London theatre ticket sales.

We all need cheering up in these darker economic times, so we want locals and visitors alike to enjoy some amazing live entertainment set in one of London's secret waterside beauty spots. It's a perfect day out for all the family.

From Saturday 4^th April until Sunday 19^th April, pop down to the docks, take a stroll along the river and decide for yourself if our exciting performers meet the challenge to put a spring in your step, and a smile back on your face!
