London, UK – October 15th 2009: CourseMonster (www.coursemonster.co.uk) the UK’s leading Training Course search engine, specialising in IT, Certifications, Project Management and Business skills, is moving its Managed Learning & Development Service division in-house. The role previously handled by a third-party is expected to greatly increase the efficiency of the training booking process, cut costs, and improve delegate communication.
The move to an in-house solution supports CourseMonster’s commitment to superior customer service, and allows it to strengthen its relationship with key training providers, whilst also expanding its service offering to meet consumer demands.
