Press release July 7, 2011 Multimedia

BT has just launched their latest summer deals which see them giving away their BT Broadband and Anytime Calls package free for 3 months as the push for new customers.

The battle for broadband customers is really hotting up in the UK, and BT has launched their latest summer deals which see them giving away one of their most popular packages, free for 3 months.

The BT Broadband and Anytime Calls package offer subscribers a home broadband with up to 20Mb download speeds and a 10GB monthly allowance. The new BT Home Hub is included free with this deal, and this could prove the key selling point for this package, when compared to other cheap broadband deals.

A spokesman for commented “Competition in the UK broadband space is pretty fierce this summer, and it’s interesting to see how BT has responded to cheaper providers. Offering one of their most popular packages free for 3 months, and including the impressive new BT Home Hub should result in a good response rate”.

Some of BT’s main competition have really competitive deals on offer at the moment, with TalkTalk and Plusnet offering packages half price, and Sky pushing their TV, broadband and calls package for less than £20 a month.
