Bruntwood secures two new Liverpool lettings

Bruntwood has recently secured two new deals at the popular Burlington House in Liverpool, meaning that the building now stands at 75 per cent capacity.

Bruntwood has recently secured two new deals for Burlington House, proving that offices in Liverpool are very much in demand with businesses looking for a strong North West location. The duo of lettings means that 75 per cent of Burlington House is now occupied.

Oakdale Insolvency, an insolvency service provider has signed a three year lease with Bruntwood. The firm has taken 700 sq ft of office space for its Liverpool base. Meanwhile, unified communications specialist Voice Engineer Dot Com has secured a 650ft suite for five years following a company expansion.

Alen Roberts, managing director at Voice Engineer Dot Com, said: "We knew we would require a larger office when we took on new staff earlier this year. As we have to travel to reach our clients, we felt Burlington House is ideally located close to both Liverpool city centre and the rest of the North West."

Burlington House is situated just outside Liverpool city centre, providing Bruntwood's clients with an ideal location for their business. The high specification office space also ensures that companies have a professional and modern working environment, while the on-site customer service team help to manage the maintenance tasks so that the building remains to the highest of standards.

David Seddon, head of sales at Bruntwood, said: "Our north Liverpool offices continue to be popular with companies looking for high quality, well connected office space at competitive rates. We have invested solidly in the building since acquiring it over 20 years ago including a recent refurbishment of the reception and various offices."

Along with Burlington House, office space provider Bruntwood owns a number of other major offices in Liverpool city centre and Bootle. Buildings including Oriel Chambers and The Plaza still have spaces available to let where businesses can rent Liverpool office space from 200 sq ft upwards.
