RAFT CEO, Leonor Stjepic said "Clover is an inspiration to us all. Having had breast cancer herself, she understands the importance of research in improving treatments available to patients."
Clover Lewis said "As I have had several breast reconstruction surgeries, I know the effects of aesthetic breast surgery on recovery of positive body image. But it was not all positive: I also had to deal with the physical and psychological impact, multiple and extended downtime recovering from multiple surgeries. Brast reconstruction today is a lengthy, painful process. That is why I am passionate about supporting RAFT and their work on developing methods of plastic surgery reconstruction whcih is less traumatic for patients."
