APOSTROPHE WELCOMES SPRING WITH A SELECTION OF MENU ADDITIONS

Apostrophe, the boulangerie / patisserie chain which combines authentic café culture with a modern cosmopolitan buzz, is launching their spring menu in all sixteen of their branches, in May 2010.

SPRING FOOD ADDITIONS

New to salad offerings at Apostrophe is a light and healthy Superfoods salad bursting with vegetables, combining oven roasted beetroot, sweet potatoes, broccoli and spinach with cous cous and a tangy lemon and pesto dressing. There is also a Panzanella salad, a traditional Tuscan salad containing roasted and fresh vegetables, olives and grilled ciabatta croutons, finished with olive oil and vinegar.

Finally Apostrophe has created a luxurious salad with a mix of poached salmon, new potatoes, cucumber and watercress, topped with tarragon and lemon crème fraiche.

SPRING DRINK ADDTIONS

An essential part of summer coffee shop culture, iced coffee is now also back on the menu.

Every Apostrophe site also contains individual features designed to compliment their location and marry to the group’s attention to detail, such as limestone flooring, walnut wood furniture and plasma
screens and intimate meeting areas.

All Apostrophe products are available to take-away and stylish pink & black packaging ensures that many are bought as gift items. Apostrophe also offers delivery and account facilities to companies catering for small boardroom meetings up to large conferences.
