Five additional recruits have occurred across the global business including Harjinder Gill as IT Manager, Dean Augar as Campaign Executive, Lisa Rogers as Account Manager for Platform Services, Angela Everington as Account Manager for JEMM UK and finally, Siobhan McSweeney as a new Account Manager for the Dublin Office.

As Jemm looks to put more focus on increasing global representation, the most recent office to open is in Istanbul, Turkey. Headed up by General Manager, Ahmet Damgacioglu, the sales team will be managed by Sales Manager, Selda Yaran.

The decision to launch an office in Turkey, is in response to both the growth of Jemm Group in the UK and the belief in the strength of the digital advertising market in Turkey.  Jemm Group will be the first real time network to enter the Turkish market and highlights the change in the digital buying landscape and the traction that Real Time Bidding now has.

Julia Smith, Consultant at Jemm Group said: “At Jemm, we work hard to find the very best talent in different fields and we’re delighted to have enhanced our expertise in mobile and platform services as well as increase our team on the publisher side of our network. It also demonstrates the rise of real-time networks, with 14 fantastic new hires and our move into new territories. RTB has had a dramatic effect on the digital ad buying landscape in the UK and US and is now beginning to establish itself across Europe and APAC. In line with this, Jemm has expanded over the last 12 months with offices in Australia, Ireland, France, Germany and now Turkey.”

David Lamb CFO, said: “I am looking forward to seizing the opportunity presented to me at Jemm, building the business and team, and delivering successes across the company and industry.  It will also be key to be at the forefront of the dramatic changes that we are seeing in technology based media trading.”
