Award winning charity chooses E.J. Churchill for its 20th Annual Clay Shoot

In 2018, multi-award winning charity, RAFT (Restoration of Appearance and Function Trust) celebrates its 30th anniversary.  With no Government funding, the charity depends on donations and events to raise the funds to carry out life-changing medical research at its laboratories in Northwood.  Its annual Clay Shoot is the main event of the year and a significant part of RAFT's fundraising.

This year RAFT will be organising its 20th annual Clay Shoot and, for the first time since it was started, has changed the location to E.J. Churchill.   The Shoot will take place on 5th June 2018.

E.J. Churchill was voted best shooting ground in the UK in the IPC Shooting Industry Awards 2014 and 2017 and this year will be hosting the World English Sporting Championship for the third time.

RAFT CEO, Mrs Leonor Stjepic, said "Our Annual Clay Shoot is a fixture in the calendar for many of our supporters, several of whom have come year after year for nearly twenty years.  We believe that the prestigious grounds at E.J. Churchill will give our supporters the quality experience they have come to expect from RAFT's Clay Shoot."

Rob Fenwick, MD of E.J.Churchill said "It is wonderful news that we will be hosting RAFT's 20th Annual Clay Shoot.  We feel passionately about supporting the charity shoots and our focus continues to be on delivering enjoyable and creative events that leave a lasting impression.  We have a dedicated team that competely immerse themselves into these events; the team hope to bring a fresh, new approach to this annual event so it will inspire and support year after year.  The team and I are very much looking forward to working with RAFT."
