The D.P.R. Label Slitter which features a quick and easy way to slit large label rolls into single label rolls. The slitter performs several tasks at once: label roll unwinding, slitting and rewinding onto a 3" core holder.

For in-line slitting (feature currently available with thermal transfer printers), the unit must be placed at the output of the printer allowing to slit the labels as they are printed. Maximum media width 8.66". Maximum outside roll diameter 9.84". Minimum slitting width 0.86". The D.P.R. Label Slitter is an efficient tabletop device that allows to create separate strips of labels rewound onto individual rolls.

The D.P.R. Matrix Remover & Slitter is a system that removes the waste matrix from pre-die cut label rolls. The built-in slitter slits a large label roll into single label rolls and rewind them onto a 3" core holder. The matrix removal and slitting operations are performed simultaneously; however the unit can be used separately as matrix remover only or as a slitting system. Maximum media width 8.66". Maximum outside roll diameter 9.84". Minimum slitting width 0.98". The D.P.R. Matrix Remover & Slitter is a solution expressly designed to remove the matrix while slitting and rewinding labels to finished rolls.

The D.P.R. Scorpio Plus Label Finisher is a reliable and user-friendly all-in-one solution that laminates, digitally die-cuts, removes waste, slits and rewinds offering everything to professionally cut and finish labels.

Its cutter management tool is powered by I-Mark software that works together with a camera forming an integrated optical black-mark registration system. Plotting technology makes it possible to cut any label shape on the fly without dies. The D.P.R. Scorpio Plus Label Finisher is a truly meant on-demand short run label finishing solution for use with digital color label printers and presses.
