Pressemeddelelse september 8, 2015 Stamceller Stamcellebank

The German company Vita 34 AG based in Leipzig, publicly listed at the Frankfurt Stock exchange, is taking over the business of StemCare Group, the leading Scandinavian cord blood bank.

Today the management board signed the contract to take over all operations of the StemCare Group. The final takeover will take place after the fulfillment of all suspensive conditions, among them is the transfer of official permits.
