New Board Members from Novozymes and Microsoft to accelerate further growth in iMotions

February 15, 2007 Copenhagen, Denmark: iMotions – Emotion Technology A/S, announces two new members of its Board of Directors. Joergen Thorball joins as new Chairman of the Board of Directors and Niels Bo Theilgaard as Member of the Board. Thorball, Vice President of Business Development at Novozymes, takes officially over the position from Ulrik Jensen, Partner at InVenture Capital, who remains on the Board.

Motions Emotion Technology A/S, announces two new members of its Board of Directors. Joergen Thorball joins as new Chairman of the Board of Directors and Niels Bo Theilgaard as Member of the Board. Thorball, Vice President of Business Development at Novozymes, takes officially over the position from Ulrik Jensen, Partner at InVenture Capital, who remains on the Board.

"Moving into our next development and growth phase, Joergen who was one of the early investors at iMotions, is a great asset as Chairman. He has extensive experience in building companies, and understands the business and dynamics of such growth", states Peter Hartzbech, Co-founder and CEO of iMotions.

According to Joergen, "the upcoming international expansion of iMotions requires careful planning and active involvement of all Board members in advising the company and working with the employees." Both, Joergen and Peter, strongly support the strategy of an operational and active Board and the utilization of its experience to help iMotions grow sustainably and avoid costly mistakes.

Niels Bo Theilgaard also joins iMotions Board of Directors. Niels as Advisor and sparring partner to the Co-founder and CTO Jakob de Lemos. Niels primary focus in the past has been managing Software Development projects. 'Niels, former R&D Director of Microsoft Business Solutions (prior Navision) will particularly strengthen and support the Software Development department. Niels and I will invest in and steer the manifestation of todays research and the development into future applications,” asserts Jakob.

CEO Peter Hartzbech and CTO Jakob de Lemos will resign as members of the Board of Directors. "This is the chance for us to professionally leverage the additional growth. It allows to focus on strategic development and research to guide the development of iMotions", Peter states.
