Attention all media with reporters at the COP 15 in Copenhagen: At a conference on December 9th in Copenhagen Gustaf Nobel is to annouce the founding of a new trust in the efforts to fight climate change and promote sustainability.

Attention all media with reporters at the COP 15 in Copenhagen: At a conference on December 9th in Copenhagen Gustaf Nobel is to annouce the founding of a new trust in the efforts to fight climate change and promote sustainability.

 

Four members of the world renowned Nobel family now launch an effort to fight climate change and promote sustainability. The founding of the Nobel Charitable trust, which is to be announced at a conference in Copenhagen on December 9th, will give an annual scholarship to scientist, companies or others who make a positive impact within the field of sustainability and alternative energy. Furthermore, the trust is determined to host a biannual conference on sustainability.

Danish and international media who have reporters in Copenhagen for COP 15 are welcome to join the confenrece which will be held at Moltkes Palæ, Dronningens Tværgade 2, 1302 Copenhagen K on Wednesday December 9th at 4 p.m.

Here one of the four founders and trustees of the Nobel Charitable Trust, Mr. Gustaf Nobel, will explain further about the background and purpose of the new trust.

The conference also offers the opportunity to see for the first time in Denmark one of the future environmentally sound means of transportation, the French invented and produced Airpod, a car that runs on compressed air. The car will be on display at the the site of the conference, Moltkes Palæ.

The trustees of the Nobel Charitable Trust wish to make clear that the new trust is not linked to the Nobel Foundation in Stockholm.
